Jesana Teresa nasceu em Viana, MA, casada, mãe, e desde criança sempre foi uma pessoa curiosa que gostava de aprender sobre o mundo ao seu redor. Essa curiosidade a levou a estudar letras, fazer uma pós em língua portuguesa e a se tornar autora de dois livros “Mulheres, força e fé” e “O riso das lágrimas”.
Por problemas de saúde Jesana teve sua perna esquerda amputada depois de longos tratamentos. Ela atesta: “Ser uma amputada tem me ensinado a valorizar ainda mais a vida e apreciar as pequenas coisas. Hoje, graças a Deus, sou uma pessoa mais forte e resiliente, sei que a vida é cheia de obstáculos, mas também com muitas oportunidades.”
